About Our Owner
Rod Realty Corp. is owned by licensed real estate broker Jorge E. Rodriguez. He has served buyers and sellers all throughout South Florida, and has an extensive background in finance. This translates to ensuring your investment will be worthwhile.
Jorge worked in the Financial District in Downtown Manhattan, NY since 1969, providing computer services for financial institutions. He also partnered with fellow IT friends to form a successful consulting firm servicing financial institutions.

Pastimes
When you work with our licensed Realtor, you’ll be working with someone who enjoys the local area just as much as you do. Mr. Rodriguez is a certified scuba diver with a passion for marine life. He enjoys snowboarding, racquetball, paddleball, pickleball, tennis and a variety of sports and often treks up the many rolling hills featured in Citrus Hills.
Citrus Hills is in Hernando City and is composed of 22 villages. The region is blessed with rolling hills that set it apart from the flat topography of the rest of Florida. Citrus Hills is also a very friendly area where the traffic volume is very light, making it a very kind experience to travel anywhere without the burden of traffic tie-ups.
There are gated communities for residents to feel privacy and security, as well as many golf courses, tennis, paddleball, pickleball and racquetball courts, along with any other imaginable sport that can be enjoyed year round.
In one village of Citrus Hills, Terra Vista, there is a fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise machines, spinning, racquetball courts, Zumba classes, yoga classes, steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzi, indoor swimming pool, spa and much more.
